pencil icon on project files and folders using git

WingIDE - User mailing list
I am using git in Wing for source control. Some of the files/folder icons in my Project tool are overlain with a pencil image. What does that signify? I just did a commit and they are all still there, so I guess my supposition is that it has nothing to do with source control.

The pencil indicates that the file is modified.  Do you have
Auto-Refresh checked in the git Project Status?

Thanks,

John

Ah. Don't know how that got unchecked. My git tool did show the same files changed, I just didn't pay any attention to it. :-( I'm making things difficult for myself by doing some git manipulations in Wing, some on the command-line, and some in SourceTree. (I tried GitHub for OS X and it seemed pathetic -- hardly any features at all, and poor visualization.)
