When multiprocess debugging, is there a way to pause all processes when a breakpoint is hit?

Not automatically but the Debug > Processes > Pause All Processes menu
item (or the given key equiv) will do it.  However, note that with
multiple processes, no matter how it's done you don't really get instant
stopping of code exactly where it was when the first process stopped.
