Issues with git, changes not reflected in editor

WingIDE - User mailing list
I have hit this problem more than a few times, though I'm not completely certain what sequence of actions causes it. The problem is that sometimes the editor does not show the correct state of files. I think the sequence is:

1) Edit file in the project.
2) Commit (I am using git).
3) File in editor reflects file prior to edits.
4) Restart IDE.
5) Editor correctly reflects the edits.

Like I said, I'm not 100% certain this is the sequence that leads to the editor being out of sync. I am able to fix the problem by restarting the IDE. Does this happen to anyone else?

Matt

Are you editing the file in Wing or outside of Wing?  If not, the
problem may be external change checking.  Check the External Check
Frequency on the Files -> Reloading preference page -- the default value
is 5.

Could you also submit a bug report from Wing's Help menu?

Thanks,

John
